The Best Waterways in Victoria for Water Sports
When it comes to water sports in Victoria, you can’t look past the Murray River. You’ll find multiple townships along the Murray River that attract both experienced water skiers and beginners. Some great spots with excellent facilities include Lake Boga, Lake Mulwala and Lake Hume.
You can also find some popular spots in The Gippsland area, with the Gippsland Lakes and the Hazelwood Pondage out in Central Gippsland known for attracting water skiers and wake boarders. Each of these spots have deep fresh water, as well as plenty of wide open space that make them suitable for just about every type of water sport.
